Shipping & Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any product/s purchased at our site.
To qualify for a free return/exchange, you must email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the order.
Please provide us with your order number and the reason why you want to return or exchange your items.
Products must be in their original, unused, and respective packaging. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied through your original method of payment within 7 bussiness days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account. We will cover all shipping fees, including return shipping fees.
We highly recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. We are not responsible for any return shipments that have been untraceable or lost.
You will receive an email once the item/s for return are received and reviewed by our management. Refunds will be posted once approved. These refunds do include shipping fees.
