HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?  

For items we have in stock, standard shipping will be processed within two business days. We try to procress your order as quickly as possible. Most standard domestic orders shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail are delivered within one week. Expedited Shipping is also an option we offer for faster delivery. International services can be added but will take an additional two weeks for delivery. These options are available at check out.

HOW BIG ARE THE BIBS?   WHAT SIZES DO THEY COME IN?

The bibs come in assorted prints, modern and fun illustrations. They come with plastic 3 KAM snaps to adjust to neck size. This allows the bib to comfortly fit newborn babies to toddlers.

CAN I PLACE A GIFT ORDER?

Great news!! We now offer paid gift wrapping services with a free personalized gift message! During checkout, you may enter the gift recipient's Name & Address in the designated field. You can include a gift message without having to purchase our gift wrapping services. Simply enter your message in the form at checkout. Gift purchases will include a gift receipt.

DO YOUR GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?

Our Gift Cards never expire. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any product (s) purchased at our site. To qualify for a free return/exchange, you must email ewagner@toietmoico.com within 30 days of receiving the order. Please provide us with your order number and the reason why you want to return or exchange your items. Products must be in their original, unused, and respective packaging. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied through your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account. We will cover all shipping fees, including return shipping fees. We highly recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. We are not responsible for any return shipments that have been untraceable or lost. You will receive an email once the item (s) for return is received and reviewed by our management. Refunds will be posted once approved. These refunds do include shipping fees.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? 

Yes. You can cancel a purchase as long as the item(s) have not been shipped. The shipping process normally occurs 12-24 hours after you’ve placed your order.
